Am I able to switch Website Providers?

How does a dealer find out more information on each of the Website providers?

All Porsche Certified Website providers include information about their services and product offerings via the “Learn More” pages on the enrollment site. The Porsche Dedicated Website Support reps (PDWS reps) can offer unbiased program information or connect you with providers to learn more.

When will the new dealer websites be live?

Once you enroll in a Certified Website Provider, the build out process begins. We estimate that the entire process will take between 20 to 45 days.

Is the website or a la carte products within the Porsche Dealer Digital Program eligible for reimbursement from eligible marketing spend?

Yes, certified websites and a la carte products are eligible for marketing spend reimbursement. There are some exceptions to eligible products. Please reach out to your PDWS for more information.

DIGITAL ADVERTISING

Are dealers required to select a Certified Digital Advertising Provider?

No. Dealers are not required to select one of the Certified Digital Advertising providers, however dealers who do enroll can take advantage of the program benefits, including but not limited to reporting, increased support and alignment with Tier I and Google, automated marketing spend submissions, and weekly quality assurance.

How do I enroll in a Certified Digital Advertising provider?

Am I able to switch Digital Advertising Providers?

When will digital advertising campaigns go live?

If dealers enroll with one of the Certified Digital Advertising providers, the campaigns can go live within 14 days.

Is digital advertising within the Porsche Dealer Digital Program eligible for reimbursement from eligible marketing spend?

Yes, all digital advertising run with a Certified provider within the Porsche Dealer Digital Program is eligible for 100% eligible marketing spend reimbursement.

CHAT

Are dealers required to select a Certified Chat Provider?

Porsche Certified Chat converts interested digital shoppers into qualified showroom traffic, however dealers are not required to use chat as part of the Porsche Dealer Digital Program. Should they choose to have a chat tool on the website, they must choose one of the certified providers.

How do I enroll in a Certified Chat provider?

Can a dealer select multiple chat providers?

No. Dealers may only use one Porsche Certified Chat provider at a time.

Do all Porsche Certified Chat providers work across all Porsche Certified Website platforms?

Yes. All Porsche Certified Chat providers are fully integrated with each of the Porsche Certified Website provider platforms allowing for a seamless enrollment and integration experience.

When will a dealer’s chat tool go live?

The launch timelines for Porsche Certified Chat tools vary but generally occurs within 2-4 weeks once website integrations, lead routing, and training is completed.

Does a dealer have to manage their own chats, or will the providers handle that?

Each Porsche Certified Chat provider offers a variety of packages that allow you to chat as much, or as little, as you want. Self-managed packages are available for dealers who wish to answer all chats coming off their dealer website. Fully managed packages route all chats to a trained online receptionist who answers chats on a dealer’s behalf. Hybrid packages are also available, where the providers supply backup receptionist services that answer chats when the dealership is unavailable.

If a Certified Chat provider answers some or all my chats/texts, how will they be trained?

Dealers are responsible for all Certified Chat provider training for dealer specific or brand-specific direction. The Porsche Dealer Digital Program provides CI Brand Guidelines, but recommends dealers review other specific direction they wish to give providers.

Is chat within the Porsche Dealer Digital Program eligible for reimbursement from eligible marketing spend?

Yes, chat is eligible for marketing spend reimbursement.

Video Retail

Are dealers required to select a Certified Video Retail provider?

Dealers are not required to use video retail as part of the Porsche Dealer Digital Program.

How do I enroll in a Certified Video Retail provider?

Can a dealer select multiple Video Retail providers?

Yes. Dealers may work with multiple Video Retail providers as long as the enrollment is in a different product vertical.

BILLING

How long is the contract period for products on the Porsche Dealer Digital Program?

There are no long-term contracts in the Porsche Dealer Digital Program. The contract period for all programs and services is month-to-month.

How will Porsche Dealer Digital Certified programs be billed?

All Porsche Dealer Digital programs have no long-term contracts and will be billed on their monthly invoice from Shift Digital. Timelines can vary.
